An important marketing email is sent out and as you review the bounced email list that Hot Lead you are working is on the list. You call their office, get the correct email address, update Microsoft Dynamics CRM and you need to resend the Newsletter. CoreMotives makes that easy with the Tracked E-mail feature.
Since your marketing person saved that email as a Mailing Definition you can send it out to individuals or groups of individuals as a Tracked E-mail. You want to send it this way so you can look at the Interactions file to see if they opened the email and followed any links. To send Tracked E-mails to an individual or group of individuals follow the steps below.
In Microsoft Dynamics CRM you can send a Tracked E-mail to either a Lead or Contact. You can send to an individual or a group of individuals from a Lead or Contact view or from the individual Lead or Contact record. To start the process go to either the Lead or Contacts section and do a search to find the individual you would like to send the email to and select the record.
Click the Tracked E-mail icon and the Tracked E-mail screen will open, on that screen you select which Mailing Definition to send, click the check box in the lower left corner and click Ok, and the email will be sent.
A couple screens will open up and process the email, once they are processed close the screens and the email will have been sent.
