You may want to consider sending out regular communications to keep the company appraised about the Strategic Business Plans and an entire Total Selling Organization's initiative the ”Your Organization's Way" of selling in regular frequencies.
As we explain in the TSO book , Patrick Lencioni one of my favorite business management author’s states that when you’re involvement in organizational change you must over communicate; Tell them what you’re going to do, tell them what you did, then tell them what is expected of them, then do all over again, again, and again!
The principle is changing human behavior is not a one shot deal, but rather a commitment of time, passion, and energy every day to capture the hearts and minds of the people in an organization one at a time. This requires a plan and an unwavering dedication to making it happen. There is simply no easy way to bring about change without a lot of hard work and over communicating is consider a “best practice” to facilitating the change process.
