Dave has a rich a varied professional career that started in the mental health field as a Major in the Army’s Medical Service Corp highlighted by providing sensitive counselling to POW’s and their families. This was followed by running mental health centers as an administrator in Indiana and Wisconsin.
He spent the next 25 years in Corporate America in the paper industry primarily with Weyerhaeuser in sales, sales management, general management and organization design. During this time he was known for turning troubled organizations.
In 2003, Dave along with senior executives from Procter & Gamble and IBM started Neal & Associates Business Consultants (NABC) in Phoenix. The company is focused on helping business sell more by employing best practice sales methodology, state of the art sales technology incorporated in the company’s proprietary Total Selling Organization System. NABC provides goods and services to companies throughout metro Phoenix and around the nation.
His passion is helping organizations achieve their business propositions through optimizing people by creating high performing work units.
