Do not BUY our CRM!!

Is it the chicken or the egg, the paper or the pencil, bullet or the gun, the master or the tool to blame?

More often than not we speak to clients about their CRM needs and they are either wanting to move systems or stating that their experience was terrible.  Upon performing our audit we find that most companies did not have an internal champion to hold people accountable and drive results nor did they deem the system to be mandatory in it’s use.  So it fails, hence blaming the system!!!

The “tool” or “program” is rarely the issue. With so many good programs out there, Dynamics being the best in our opinion, the tool is only as good as the people using it.  If they don’t use it, daily, it won’t help drive the results you are looking for.  If there is no accountability on the required parameters there is no point having the system in the first place.

If you are not having these conversations with your current partner about whether your implementation will be a success or not then you have the wrong partner.  You have a software company looking to sell you software and exit once the bill is paid.  You need a partner to walk you through the best practices, pitfalls, resources and expectations during the entire process until you are completely satisfied with the outcome.

We actually appreciate all those software sellers out there as we can come in after they failed and be the partner customers desperately need.
