He has helped companies in various industries including SaaS, real estate, franchising, biologics, life sciences, and consumer products. He primarily works with first time CEO's that have achieved $1MM - $5MM in annual sales and are trying to figure out how to grow to $20MM and beyond. His goal is to help the CEO stop working in the business and to begin working on the business by providing scalable solutions to grow their customer base, employee infrastructure, and overall sales. This allows the CEO the time to focus on what’s next while still solving today’s problems.
