Ryan Thompson - Senior Associate

Ryan has over 15 years of business process and financial management experience. He currently owns Trilogy Golf Club @ Power Ranch, a public 18 hole golf course located in Gilbert, AZ. He is also the Managing Partner of Thompson Financial Services (TFS).  TFS is a boutique financial and business process consulting firm committed to helping clients develop and improve back-office processes.

He began his career at Arthur Andersen in their Business Consulting practice. While at Andersen, he assimilated clients into their Shared Processing Center while re-engineering business processes and implementing new technology systems.

After Andersen, Ryan joined Hyperion Solutions where he formed their Global Business Process and Controls Department. This was in response to The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 which forced all publicly trades companies to re-evaluate and control their business processes to become compliant with newly developed auditing standards. Ryan also created the companies first Internal Audit department and reported directly to the Audit Committee Chairman of the Board of Directors. In creating this department, he was responsible for in-sourcing the internal audit function from a Big 4 accounting firm. Ryan and his team of 40 were responsible for re-engineering and auditing of critical financial, accounting and business processes in 22 countries.

Ryan brings a diverse and strong background in business process engineering as well as assessing and implementing controls over business processes to drive maximum efficiency and strong corporate governance.

Ryan's Profile -  

Before joining Neal and Associates Business Consultants John had a successful 27 year career with Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE:KMB). John is an experienced manager and leader with a wide breadth of global experience. He began his career with Kimberly-Clark Corporation in manufacturing and later moved in to several Human Resources Leadership roles at major manufacturing sites for K-C before returning to roles in operations and business leadership. He spent the majority of his career leading a Global manufacturing organization which supported the Health Care Sector of K-C in the manufacture and distribution of single-use medical devices.

As Director of Global Supply Chain within the Health Care Sector, John was responsible for manufacturing sites in four countries which employed more than 8,000 team members. He also led a shared services organization which included engineering, logistics, quality assurance, ITS, Human Resources, Sourcing and Supply, and product commercialization. John was instrumental in the successful expansion of manufacturing footprints in Mexico, Honduras and Slovakia to support the sales growth of K-C products around the world. He also has experience working with contract manufacturers in Asia.

John brings a proven background in the areas of organizational development, strategic planning, operations, and the ability to develop successful leaders. This unique combination of experience and skill sets has allowed John to work successfully across the entire organization to meet business objectives in all key areas and to also develop excellent leaders in all parts of the organization. John is also bi-lingual (English/Spanish). 


 John's Profile -  

Marie McGlynn is a seasoned media and sales professional with over 20 years of selling, leadership and management experience in television, internet, print and network radio.

Ms. McGlynn, before starting her own consulting business, was employed by Belo Corp. as VP of Sales at KTVK and KASW in Phoenix. In this role she managed a staff of 45 with revenue assets of $120 million gross. Marie also worked for Belo at their headquarters in Dallas, where she was the Director of Belo Marketing Solutions. In this capacity she worked with Belo’s Texas television stations in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Austin as well as the Texas Cable News organization and with The Dallas Morning News and all of the websites. Her roll was to create, sell and implement multi-platform programs that drove new revenue.

Prior to Marie’s employment by Belo Corp., she was employed by Gannett Corp for ten years and held the positions of Account Executive, Marketing & Research Director, and Local Sales Manager. During her time with Gannett she work in St.Louis, Cleveland and Denver.

Marie, a Chicago native, started her career with Morton Salt Company as a Market Research Specialist. She also worked for Learfield Communications and ABC PennyPower publications in Missouri. She attended Triton College in Chicago.

She has worked as a committee member and board member across the county for many non-profit organizations including: United Way, March of Dimes, Partnership for Drug Free America, Walk America, Dallas Senior Project and the Bridge Project.

Roger Lisabeth - Senior Associate

Roger has over 35 years of business-to-business sales, marketing and general management experience. He began his career at Xerox Corporation as a field sales person. While at Xerox, he held many managerial positions including VP & Regional Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Program Manager and Sales Manager.

Before joining Neal & Associates Roger was VP & GM for Merchants Information Solutions, and before that he was Vice President and General Manager of Experian's Business Information Solutions business unit. In this role, he was head of a team of approximately 250 people tasked with the responsibility to organize and lead Experian North America's business-to-business credit and direct marketing businesses. He was responsible for all business functions including operations, sales and sales compensation, service, strategic integration, business development, distribution channels, alliances and partnerships, and credit product marketing and management. Prior to becoming General Manager, Roger held the role of Experian's Business Information Solutions Vice President of Sales and Service.

Roger brings a strong background in creating and managing motivational sales compensation programs and a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of finding the correct distribution channels to take product to market in the most cost effective and competitive manner.
