Neal & Associates Business Consultants, Inc. (NABC) opened it's corporate Phoenix office in 2002. The founders come from a rich and varied background with more than 100 years of business expertise working in senior management positions with Proctor & Gamble, IBM and Weyerhaeuser. In addition, they have consulted with hundreds of major companies as well as owning and operating several of their own businesses.

NABC's approach is based on the notion that business is all about selling. Our services are designed to improve top-line sales performance. Philosophically, selling is viewed as a science with specific processes, methods, skills, technologies and strategies that can be taught and optimized. The core services offered have been developed to focus on assessing a customer's current situation before recommending solutions.

NABC uses proprietary assessment products, processes and tools in conjunction with key partners and vendors.

Dave Neal, CEO

Dave is the owner, chief executive officer and executive coach of Neal & Associates Business Consultants, Inc. Under Dave's leadership, NABC, Inc. has become an industry leader for providing sales training, executive sales coaching, customer relationship management solutions, and sales recruiting. His rich and varied professional background as a business executive, sales manager, business consultant, military officer, mental health administrator, counselor and keynote speaker has contributed to the success of the organization.

Prior to founding NABC, Inc., Dave had a distinguished career with Weyerhaeuser, where he held senior executive positions in sales, management and organizational development. While at Weyerhaeuser, Dave participated in a study mission to Japan to evaluate and implement best practices. He was fortunate to be exposed to the 13 Deming Prize winning companies bringing his learning experience to help facilitate the corporate transition to reposition the company as a leader in the paper industry.

During his four years as an officer of the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps, Dave provided sensitive counseling to returning prisoners of war and their families. This critical service and experience showcases his ability to work with confidential and highly complex human relationships. He received special recognitions for his efforts and completed his military service with the rank of Major. He has shared his business experiences and views as a keynote speaker for organizations like Anheuser-Busch, The Olin Business School at Washington University, Cheesebrough-Ponds, Reckitt & Coleman, Quaker Oates, Manitowoc Equipment Works, Weyerhaeuser, Menasha Corporation, Merrill Lynch, Aflac and a variety of municipal and ommunity groups.

Dave completed his undergraduate studies at St. Norbert College and holds a master's degree MSW specializing in psychiatric counseling and mental health administration from the University of Wisconsin, Milwauke

Tim Larkin, Strategic Relationships

Tim Larkin has serverd as an important partner and key business consultant for NABC since it's inception. Tim worked for over 30 years in a variety of managerial positions with Procter & Gamble ranging from sales, and sales management to coporate transition projects. During his years at P&G he became a key player in strategic planning and organizational transformation and design.

In addition he has owned and operated a consulting business that specializes in helping companies transform their businesses into highly functioning sales organizations. Through these experiences he has been instrumental in helping NABC develop their Total Selling Organization™ (TSO) product.

Besides consluting with NABC, Inc. Tim also owns the Learning Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The center is an innovative model for educational experiences for all levels of students. Tim has an exceptional passion for giving back to the community and is very active in developing creative educational programs for inner city children.

Andy Neal, VP of Sales

Andy has over 15 years of experience in various leadership positions in project management, business analysis, strategic business planning, director of sales and operations as well as providing general business consulting in a multitude of industries.

Andy has specialized in implementing, selecting, and training on technology business solutions with an emphasis in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives. Having provided both sales engineering and hands on implementation experiences with various industry leading CRM solutions Andy brings a wide breadth of knowledge and insight. 

More recently Andy has worked with and sold the Microsoft Dynamics suite of products with a focus on CRM since the inception of the product’s first release. The engagement sizes and industries runs the gamut from medium size brick and mortar  businesses to 1000’s of users at large organizations.

Andy holds business degrees from the University of Dayton as well as an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
